Our engineering department, with a skilled team of 100+ highly educated and experienced engineers, will turn your ideas into reality with competence, attention to detail and superior technical expertise.
These positions require technical knowledge with naval background (preferable), and the ability to work effectively with clients on site, in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
More than 20 years of experience and 300+ successfully finished projects are a guarantee of on-time quality and efficiency while working on the most complex engineering challenges (in both basic and detail design).      

Your role

You will be working on naval projects for our clients located in Netherlands.

As Outfitting Engineer Designer, you will be responsible for design and positioning of ship equipment, preparation of classification and workshop documentation consisting of room arrangements, plans and layouts, equipment foundations and various steel arrangements.
 

Role Requirements

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements
  • Willingness to travel abroad - flexibility to travel for short on mid-term rotation basis, or transfer to Netherlands (please state your preference in job application)
  • Great at working with others, both locally and globally
  • Proactive, flexible, ready to embrace the challenge and lead the change
  • Great organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Good at solving problems and analysing information
  • High personal and work ethics 

Required qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, naval architect or similar
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the same or similar field of work
  • Preference is given to candidates with experience in marine engineering
  • Proficiency and technical vocabular knowledge in both English and Croatian
  • Good at 3D CAD programs 3DEXPERIENCE platform, CADMATIC/ AVEVA and Microsoft 365 package 
  • Certificate of No ongoing Criminal Proceedings

As Mechanical Engineer Designer, you will deal with various machinery systems. Working in 2D basic/ 3D detailed design engineering of crew/public and technical machinery spaces including appropriate preparation drawings and layout arrangement documentation.

You will be working closely with clients, designers, shipyard, and ship owner.
