The scope of work:

Long-term support activities include:

• Azure cloud migration (from cloud to cloud)
• solving IT infrastructure service requests
• work with the customer’s team to install the 3DEXPERIENCE platform (2020x) onto the customer’s Azure cloud platform then provide handover and guidance to the customer’s chosen IT engineer
• guide, advise and help the customer and provide input into infrastructure architecture design
